Is this group closing down or something? It tells me that I can submit only 1 deviation per YEAR .-.
Edit 1 : It seems like there isn't any problem with the groups settings and I've checked the all of the folders settings. You should be able to post in the group's folders about 3 deviations per day. Besides, if I wanted to change the settings, the longest I could allow someone to post is a month and not a year. If you have anymore problems with submissions, let me know.
